2.MEET YOUR TRAINER

AT YOUR FIRST CLASS, A TAILORMADE TRAINER WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE STUDIO, AND EXPLAIN WHAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO DO. HAVE QUESTIONS? ASK THE TRAINER. TRAINERS ARE HERE TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TRAINING EXPERIENCE.

3. WARM UP

ABOUT FIVE MINUTES BEFORE CLASS YOU'LL START WARMING UP. YOU CAN WARM UP WITH THE EXERCISES DEMONSTRATED BY THE TRAINER, JUMP ROPE, RUN IN PLACE, CLIMB THE STATIONARY BIKE, OR WARM UP IN ANY WAY THAT GETS YOUR BLOOD FLOWING AND MUSCLES LOOSE.

4. TRAIN HARD

FORTY-FIVE MINUTES WILL FLY BY WHEN YOU'RE PUSHING YOURSELF TO GREAT MUSIC. GET READY FOR ONE OF THE BEST, MOST EFFICIENT WORKOUTS YOU'VE EVER HAD. THE TRAINER WILL BE MOVING AROUND THE ENTIRE STUDIO. FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS TO THE TRAINER OR ANYONE ELSE AROUND YOU. WE ARE HERE TO HELP EACH OTHER ACHIEVE OUR GOALS.

5. COOL DOWN

THE TRAINER WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH A QUICK GROUP COOL-DOWN SESSION. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO TALK WITH OTHER MEMBERS, MAKE FRIENDS, OR TAKE PICTURES BEHIND OUR SOCIAL MEDIA WALL TO PROVE YOU SURVIVED- BE SURE TO TAG US!
